Changing my oil today I noticed this pulley due to the red chromed color. My buddy thinks it is aftermarket. I bought the car from a dealership used with 42k

Aftermarket Pulley?

Changing my oil today I noticed this pulley due to the red chromed color. My buddy thinks it is aftermarket. I bought the car from a dealership used with 42k on the mileage. The image might be hard to determine but if anyone had a clue I would appreciate the input!
