I'd call it slightly rich - but the last time I checked plugs, the engine had a carburetor. Personally, I'd go ahead and get new plugs, but I'll change plugs

Personally, I'd go ahead and get new plugs, but I'll change plugs at the slightest provocation (they're cheap). You might want to keep a close eye on oil consumption for a while.
