Here you go, dug out my old oil reports for you. Most of my reports are done either after a open track day or a skid-pad drift day or two so they should be harder on the engine (thus oil) than typical use.
Also, keep in mind that the report shows when the mileage on the oil when it was submitted NOT when I actually changed the oil. My intervals usually hover around the 5k - 6k mark. The two reports also reaffirm that 5-6k is a good mark for changing your oil. oilreports1.jpg oilreports2.jpg
