Most issues to date have been other problems and people automatically want to blame the CSC which has yet to be the issue in any cases I have dealt with.
Shops not changing the pilot bushing is the biggest noise complaint issue, If they don't get changed chances are it's going to make noise when you get your car back or soon after. Once again, Make sure you get your old parts back, All of them, so you know it was changed. The only way to insure this is to tell them ahead of time you want ALL your old parts back.

Most other noise issues are people don't realize the new clutch and single mass flywheel they just had installed will make more trans noise than the 50+ Pound dual mass stock assy that was removed.

Bleeder screws, so far I've actually seen one and it was extremely over tightened which damaged the seat, On the other hand the screw is VERY easy to replace.
