the avg cylinder flow stock in rounded numbers was 190cm3 the avg cylinder flow of the new lower was 256cm3 that's a pretty decent increase. I would assume much more than the port and polish that I've seen most people do recently.

the numbers show around 25-30% increase in air flow volume. I have no idea what the increase is on an OEM ported lower to compare. so for now its hard to say. once they release and we see some dyno numbers that'll be the deciding factor.

You could port the crap out of a oem lower, theres like 1/4" of metal between each runner but you cant port more than a few mm on the bottom or you open to much having a lip from the heads killing flow. Also the upper part cant go to big or the upper mani wont flow anymore and you cant port the upper mani to much cause you'll port into the gasket ring. So basically you can port the crap out of a oem lower increasing flow but the shape will turn into skinny top and bottom with a fat mid section. I have no idea what that'd do for flow design.

It may flow a lot. But what about port velocity?
