Most likely I will drill and tap any of them getting that procedure the same, as that makes the most sense for the CNC program and eliminates possibilities of screw ups or destroyed parts trying to make one-off programs. As unlikely as it is, it's still a risk. What makes the most sense is to tap them the same, and just use different adapter fittings to whatever size someone needs.
