I hope this can help a bit (I know you are not doing such replacement but it can be beneficial at some point) DIY: Engine and Transmission mounts
Search through the forum (especially on the DIY section) and you can find many removal projects, some with cool pics and details. The engine removal is just like any other car and that is.....disconnect/remove as you go along. I will post more links as I find them. I hope the link can help you since you are going to need a few extra hands/help. Are you doing it by yourself or do you have and can count on some friends?
