DIY: STILLEN G3 Intakes

Can somebody please help me out, I have a hard time try to remove those two parts on the stock intake. I don't know if I should just yank them out or what. Please tell me what tool I need to use and how to get them off the right way. thank you.

Are you refering to the clamps for the small hoses? Sorry, it's hard to tell on the picture on my iPhone. Just find the ends on the clamp and use some pliers to squeeze them together and pull the plastic part away from the hose while the clamp is loose.

As djpathfinder says squeeze the ends together and lever apart with small screwdriver, then pull the hoses off the plastic stub pipe, they are stubborn but you wont break anything.

easy, just follow my how-to. Its not that hard. If the clamps are all loosen off, just pull the intakes out. They are held down by a little plastic nub that is in a piece of rubber so it will require abit of force to pull out. Just surprised you are tearing into the car already. Parts only left edmonton yesterday, as i see they are in BC and should be hitting customs today, if not monday.

when you put the strut bar back on, did you use a torque wrench? or just tight it by feeling?
