I have a set of morimoto halos in my headlights sitting there to be wired up as DRL. Don't want them to be on when the low beams are on. I tried splicing them to the DRL harness on the bumper but they won't power on. The reason I spliced it is because I don't have the blue relay box in my base coupe. Any help I would appreciate!!
