Im currently one headlight into the process and trying to finalize how im gonna wire them up. I will prob just tape resistor inside and run its wires outside of the headlights so I can wire them up any way I want incase I change my mind.

Not a bad idea at all.

I ended up dremel-ing out the recessed area to get them to fit. More work, but it looks nice. Also, they fit so snugly that they "snapped" into place and I probably didn't even need to use glue (although I did just to be sure).

For my contribution to the thread, I ended up using these to wire in my resistors and switchbacks:

T20 Male Adapter

After messing around with them some more, I've got everything working properly. I'm curious to see how well they hold up.

Sweet. Didnt even consider that. Didnt have the impression that it would "snap" into the shroud. Happen to have a pic? Tho too late for me.

Are you saying you dremeled out the entire area inside the shroud to the outer ring? Just curious because I followed the YouTube video showing you to wrap a wire around the halo and I'm not happy with the result so I'm redoing it.

Im pretty sure thats what he means. Even if you shave off those wire loops on the morimotos, they dont quite fit in the shroud 100%. Might have a shave a little?

Correct. I shaved off the wire loops and used a dremel to slightly enlargen the recessed area so the halos would fit.

Just ordered these and a new set of lights to play with. Man tech has changed so much since we started this thread.. Gonna leave my blue internal Halos and my White DDR halos and adding these and taking the old switch backs out.

Been awhile. I'll post images of it all. I'm sure someones done them already. My PM box is full, sorry. I have been in and out of spinal surgeries. All done and headed to ZDays... Hoping to have the full Zele Kit on and new paint & lights.

See you there!
