Well, it's been a wile. I wanted to try something new so I did!
I got a set of damaged lights off ebay and used the parts to update my lights. I had two 60 & 80mm blue halo's. I bought them a size smaller to mount them inside the lights. I still have 90mm XB's for day time driving, but my blue halo's are inside. The color is amazing!!!! Also took a flexible light strip that runs as Daytime and Turn-signal light. Came out awesome.. Take a look ! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Came out better than I thought it would.. The strip glows evenly and doesn't show LED,s. Cool look.. I did take off the G35 lens conversion and replaced it with the stock turn signal cover. Used the new shrouds painted flat black with gloss black trim. I'll get better pictures tomorrow when she is out and about. Also finally got my VS2 SEIBON Carbon Fiber Hood w/scoop. Defiantly two man job to mount it so it didn't get put on the car this weekend. Sorry.

Awesome find. I've been trying to find a product that makes a solid strip like that. Can't believe all of that is in one headlight! Good job. Ordering now!!

I have see some that turn yellowish in color over time but those were on the outside of the lights. I will get some pictures today and post them. The shroud is in there tight so trimming is a defiant to do item. Glad you guy's like. Easy modification and looks great. ![]() ![]() ![]()

It is a really clean mod though if you can spare the money to make it work.

Yeah I've seen one, but he was asked by several people and didn't want to work on someone else's due to the cost if something went wrong (understandably). Might contact 180customs, but there was someone from UK who got charged by customs for receiving his own headlights back! I should just have a go myself, I'm reasonably handy with stuff like that, I just don't fancy having a go |
