Yeah... I was responding to a few previous posts indicating Nissan's limiting the sale of the replacement units, and that usually preceding a recall.

A guy can hope, right? I'd just rather not spend $500 that could go toward other more fun parts.

I know what you mean,I spent the $435 on the Steering lock and went out yesterday and bought a GTM Supercharger kit.

To my dismay, the "Steering Lock" is still in full-effect. Doesn't seem right that we pay this much for a car that isn't working properly. 5k miles to 100k miles electrical problems, mechanical problems, like this should be recalled on all models immediately.. Son of a *****

I paid about $465 for a new "D" lock but that was a while ago,I work for a very big autobody shop and we buy allot of Nissan parts so I got it thru my dealer.
