Is there no one else with this? I had this installed and I used the same shift knob and after it is tight, the actualt shifter shaft will start to

I had this installed and I used the same shift knob and after it is tight, the actualt shifter shaft will start to go around, so it always moves freely and I don't really like this. I have been trying to contact Stillen to see if this is normal. Anyone else know anything about it? Do the other short shifters do this also, like b*m twm, etc?
