I am a little confused, what is the wiring setup to produce this result? I would also like this to function similar to our 3rd brake light. I will also

I am a little confused, what is the wiring setup to produce this result? I would also like this to function similar to our 3rd brake light. I will also be using the kahtec smart stop delay with the constant on to provide the flashing effect as well as the solid on.
