great DIY i just got an appradio 2 in but now the airbag light wont stop blinking. i have tried the reset and got a scan but nothing works .

great DIY
i just got an appradio 2 in but now the airbag light wont stop blinking. i have tried the reset and got a scan but nothing works . fyi this was my first try installing it. did i mees up the wiring or worse? just want an idea what to look for
