links are good. But the rag company is still cheaper and I will get hit with sales tax on amazon. But good option, same towel, 60 cents more, Junkman still has the deal. Free shipping friday? oh yes!

Amazon sells them from the Rag Company. For me, shipping is free and no sales tax. It's just one click to order and I can be sure I won't get incessant "newsletters and flyers" . Worth the $3 to me.

They don't spam you after you purchase anything from them. I made my purchase weeks ago and only received a confirmation email of the sale. For pretty much everyone, going through them will be the smarter choice and bargain.

Time will tell. Never seen an internet reseller yet that had my email address and was able to resist using it or selling it indefinitely. I'm already out there on Amazon Prime. No sense spreading my credit card info around any more than necessary, even to save $.60 per towel.

AJ, it's a great find. Thank you very much for the tip. Very cost effective for purchasing quality detailing towels at a great price.

Just Amazon spam and them tracking your habits and selling it. No big!

That, however, is decent sense. Although if you can shop directly at a smaller shop and use paypal to check out...that's even better.

Ad-tracking and selling the info. They all do it. It's part of the package that their web developer sells them.

But you're glossing over that word "Unsubscribe". Also, you don't HAVE to enter their contest or promotions so you are the one who controls what you receive. Opt out and you are spam free.

Why should I have to unsubscribe to something I never subscribed to in the first place?

Actually, what I'm glossing over is the part where, even when you scrupulously DON'T check the "I want your spam" box at checkout, they send it to you anyway. Then later, you get the opportunity to "unsubscribe" for a little while. You know very well that they do not throw your email address away. What you are glossing over is the ad-tracking that they sell. That targeted stuff that comes up in the right-hand pane on Facebook, etc. That's where that stuff comes from.

If Halle Barry wanted to give you some snatch, would you complain because she didn't shave her legs?
Limeybastard and Darth_Hazer like this.
