i bought mine a US model 2009, 5000km (yes its only 5 thousand km), Automatic, black, base model for $32770 including the tax, from a dealership in a small town west of kitchener, ontario. This was October 2011. So i don't know if the 20k on top of that would be a good deal for breakes/leather/nav/bigger rims & wheels

He got a decent deal on a new car. He will pay a ton more for a new Canadian car, but I would too! Not critisizing your decision to buy a used US car, just saying you can't compare your purchase to the OP's. For me, I would definitely pay the premium for a new Canadian vehicle.
