I'm not sure how I'm supposed to be reading the reports.

Invoice is what you can negotiate to, right? MSRP is what the retailer suggests the pricing should be?

On the report, the sport package seems to be included, can I assume $39,032 is doable without the options?

Can I print it out and use it to negotiate?

Invoice = How much the dealer bought it for, from Nissan.
MSRP = How much the dealer is selling at, without discounts

Don't print it out on how much others bought for, because it is basically useless, and may inflict unknown effects to the dealerships.

There is no way I'm gonna be payin MSRP and theres no way they are only going to charge the invoice.

so...what exactly is the use of knowing this? Should I aim for a price inbetween the 2?

Of course don't pay MSRP!
Normally, MSRP is = around 108% of Invoice. So they make 8% profit.

As soon as you walk in the door, you may be offered 2-3% off that 8%. A little haggle will bring that down to 3-4%, or more.

PM'ed you details.
