No one said the retailers put the lic. plate covers anyone's car. But we have control over so many items such as liquor, tobacco, firearms, medicine/drugs. Then there should be control over the sale of other items that are deemed to be illegal. BTW, those clear lic. plates covers, or ones similar to them, are also sold at most MTO offices. Let's be honest here, this cop was simply either being a real @$$#0le or is an 'merican muscle car afficianado. Probably a Moostang type of guy, LOL.
