I run fake staggered te37's for winter. Can't complain about them no issues at all. It's a square setup thou would look kinda gross imo.

While there's always an argument over the pros and cons?

The decision is for you to make.

Not everyone has enough cash for authentic, But if your not doing anything serious and it's just a daily and want something different? Why not

Now I know that maybe some purists are going to get offended, But IF they're not going to help pay for some then I think they'd understand to basically to each their own.

Ok thanks for your input guys.. I'm going to go check these out in person and try and get some more info on them. Also might bring a scale to make sure they all weigh the same lol

You're going to need a 25-30mm spacer for the rear with those offsets.

Well here's my $0.02

I have Sport Line TE.6 wheels.. And absolutely love them!

Yes they look like Volks and are forged! "Almost" the same thing as the Volks without the price tag.

I asked my self when I was looking to buy wheels.. What if I hit a pot hole and damage the wheel. Here in Chattanooga TN. The roads are shi* and they do absolutely nothing to fix them..

If I were to damage a 1k wheel I would be sick to my stomach.. So I did my research and found these.. Well with the money..

And for all the die hard haters.. "Oh you don't have authentic wheels, your car is junk"

Got news for you, it's my car I built it the way I wanted it. If you want to pay for it then I'll run the wheels that you want / approve of.. Till then (GTFO--->)

Volks have a 20 ton stress test. My sti was totaled in a head on. Had te 37 sls, the wheel lip was bent, wheel was structurally sound and tire sat fine just looked shitty. The wheel didnt break but my axels and frame welds did. You will never brake a volk, look at the bottom youll see the tiny bend and a totalled car

Purists are stupid. I don't mean people who buy legit wheels are stupid. I mean the people who actually get offended when they see "fake" wheels are stupid. For one, what other people do with their car, not your concern. Sure you might have an opinion about it; but for you to become physically ill with rage doesn't make any sense. Secondly, most grassroots, and even pro racers, are running replicas and are SPONSORED by replica companies. Almost half the D1 and pro am drifters use rotas. Why? because it's cheaper and they need 4 or 5 sets of rims and tires to run their sessions.

Now there's an argument to be had over IP infringement and loss of market value but that's generally not why people get mad when they see replicas.

Just like to thank everyone for their input... I would get the sport lines but they don't seem to come in bronze or flat gold, my 16 came with the black OEM wheels so kind of want to mix it up a little... any opinions on these...
