If you can afford the initial investment of SPL, do SPL.
Just knowing you won't need to adjust it later and having the peace of mind that stuff won't break/bend/slip makes it worth it, And if/when you decide to part out the total "loss" on SPL and SPC is very similar. When it's time to buy, gimme a shout
