Default Shorter ball joint for SPC upper control arms

Had anyone changed the ball joints that come on the spc arms for shorter ones? They are so much taller than the ones on the stock upper control arm and it hits on hard bumps/dips.

I'm waiting on my coils to come in I don't plan on slamming it though. Maybe an inch but nothing more till I can save for the spl arms.

Yes, which can damage your spindles and lead to catastrophic failure.

So you are 2.49 in lower than stock which is fuggin low! That's why, if your on coils, Just stiffen up the compression or raise the car up and get bigger wheels. To be that low the risk vs gain is very high for these nice cars. I would rather be safe and not "oh hella flush" than break stuff and loose the car and possibly myself or my wife. You can still look good and be safe and not jack up stuff. But it's you're car, just don't make a thread saying "crashed my z because pos spc arms were faulty".

Can you get him to give you the manufacturer, model and size information for the spherical/balljoint he used?
