Default StopTech SS Brake Lines

Alright, so I picked up some Stoptech SS lines and when I am trying to install, it seems I am missing something.

These boxes that the stock lines feed into, they can't be removed from the stock lines. The new lines I got don't have these boxes, so it seems something isn't right. Do these StopTech lines eliminate these boxes?

Here is everything that came for the front.

And this.

I tried searching and didn't find anything on StopTechs. It seems all the other aftermarket lines come with these boxes as part of the lines so I'm not too sure what's going on here. Any help is appreciated.
