Yeah, you would have to turn the tire to one side to get in there to adjust and tighten. SPL's, all you need is 1/2"drive, 1/2" socket on an 18" extension going over the top of tire to adjust. To tighten, a 3/16" allen socket on a 3/8" drive extension, up from the bottom. No turning of the tire to side, then the other side to adjust and tighten. Rememeber I just been through this.
