Don't pay attention to this guy!

Just take it out racing, get those calipers nice and hot, and just slap em on... they should melt on in no time flat!

jk... those things look like

How is that cheesy.... Not like you can touch them behind the rim and when you're driving down a highway, you can't even see anything but a blue brake cover. It's, in my opinion, a nice cheap mod.

You'd be better off getting your stock calipers powdercoated, sport package or not.

Any person who knows just about anything about cars will see them and know they are fake. It's just the new popular ricer mod.

MightyBobo is just a hater.

I prefer bubble gum as my adhesive of choice, but Elmer's glue also works.

ok ok... ill be informative... (constructive criticism right?)

The problem is its a cheap mod... and it looks it. Anyone who has a nice car does not use this chinsy plastic crap, they show off their properly colored calipers to the world for all to see.

if you go this route, you may have some autozone enthusiast give you praise at a car show, but others will just be laughing at your car from a far.

True story. I always laugh when I see a nice car with caliper covers at car meets. In fact, we did that just this morning

In the end it's your car and you can do with it whatever you like. I will say that if you plan on doing any tracking it would be a terrible idea. I completely burnt the paint on my calipers after my first track session at Summit Point.

And I did that to my g35, which over time wore off which is why I went with this. In my opinion covers look much better than the paint. Paint just seems much more cheap. I personally don't bow down to anyone so if someone doesn't like my brake cover, they don't have to look at it. Not trying to be rude. I like them, so I want them on my car!

Then you oviously didn't learn that painting calipers is just about as terribad, and you should have powder coated them instead if you wanted them to last.

Anyway, I tried. Full speed ahead to Pep Boys - they will likely have everything you need for your build.

Don't listen to these jokers. Air nailer with 3" framing nails is the proper way to get this job done.

You're welcome
