I know for a fact that Rotora rotors for my old IS300 were made by Centric, and completely identical to the Centric-branded ones that cost much less. At the end of the day, I'm sure you will notice no perceptible difference by going with the Z1 rotors except for the fact you basically got the pads and lines for free.
