I could only suggest to lift each side of the car to the point both wheels are off the ground making sure you block off the wheels on the opposite

I could only suggest to lift each side of the car to the point both wheels are off the ground making sure you block off the wheels on the opposite side so it doesn't roll on you and place it in Neutral and spin the front and rear tires to see if you hear it and repeat it for the opposite side.
