Wheel hop

I think you're right, I think it has more to do with the suspension geometry than anything else. On a sticky track with sticky tires some of the rotational force

I think you're right, I think it has more to do with the suspension geometry than anything else. On a sticky track with sticky tires some of the rotational force gets translated to vertical movement, and depending on the suspension this may allow the axle to be pushed up and compress the spring.
