Just finished this project myself. 15 and 20mm spacers with swift springs. I did the entire thing by myself with a jack and a couple of stands. It probably took me 10 - 12 hours. I'm not very experienced working on cars so I got hung up a few times and and made a couple mistakes I had to correct. An Impact wrench is a must and a lift would have been really nice.
