The driver side is higher because when a driver is in the car that side drops down. But a stock z has a lot of wheel gap and you notice a 3/8 of an inch difference? It shouldn't be a problem As long as your car goes straight.

 I just installed my coil overs. I measured the height all round, before install and rear end was half an inch higher than front. Now it is even. I hope level is correct. If not I need to fix it. I am adding a photo to gain attention to this.
