Stuck brakes and slotted rotors seems to fit that thump noise you're describing. Had it happen on a different car but it's a fast thumping almost like a helicopter sound.

Stuck brakes and slotted rotors seems to fit that thump noise you're describing. Had it happen on a different car but it's a fast thumping almost like a helicopter sound. That was a pretty bad case of the brake pistons being stuck tho
