Thumping noise after semi-hard braking

So after semi-hard braking I get a constant thump in the car. It goes away after a while but it continues to come back every time I brake at +50

It goes away after a while but it continues to come back every time I brake at +50 mph. Anybody know what the culprit could be? I’m thinking my brakes could be sticking but I just wanted a second opinion. Also the brakes squeal at random times. I also changed me brakes a couple months ago to drilled and slotted rotors.
