You may need to consider a different spring option if you only want to lower it an inch. Tein usually makes there setup for very aggressive drops. Having to adjust the preload to get it to the height you want it will put too much stress on the springs and ultimately reduce ride quality.

Also what tires are you using? Different winter and summer setups?

No. But you don't need the stiffest kit on the market. Your increase in swaybar stiffness should be relative to your increase in spring rate and tire grip. If you don't have tires sticky enough to cope with the extra spring pressure, you may not need a stiff swaybar. Slightly stiffer in the front is the most stable option.
