Skipping or hopping over bumps

I get this all the time. Try driving on any highway in Cincinnati lol. They must have paved over concrete or something which has caused huge bumps at consistent intervals. I hit one while going around a corner one day and it sent me into the adjacent lane, pretty scary stuff. Also causes my traction to kick on a lot when accelerating, but that's what you get when you have a sports car with stiff suspension. You just have to try and watch out for it.
