Yes, you need to widen the hole in the subframe slightly, it's very easy to do with a grinder, drill bit or even a hand file. The material is aluminum and very easy to work with.
You only need to widen the hole in one direction if the car is lowered, I believe it's towards the center of the car to pull the toe arm inwards which helps correct the extreme toe-in. You could widen the whole both ways but I doubt anyone here would ever need the additional toe-in adjustment. |
