Since they almost always use some logic to come up with the part number.
You would be correct. 19-6182 is the right rear, 19-6183 is the left rear. One of the local parts stores has them for $96 each, but with a $75 core charge. Amazon has them, one is about $180, the other is about $236. They are showing 19-6183 out of stock at the moment. You will need to trim or replace the dust shields for the bigger rotors.
