Unloaded - just the caliper alone
Semi-loaded - caliper and mounting bracket
Loaded - caliper, mounting bracket, pads and hardware.

You'll need the trim the dust shield regardless, unless you want to buy one to fit from a sport model, but it's an arguably unnecessary expense.

AdamRacer, I stand to be corrected, but are you saying that the Akebono caliper will bolt to the the base caliper mounting bracket? I may be wrong here, I but I had assumed that a physically larger caliper, and rotor could not use the base model caliper mounting bracket. Or is the OP asking if he needs a special adapter bracket, such as you would need if you were looking to convert a z32 to the Akebono's?
