You need to have them show you the actual alignment numbers. In the middle lane of a 3-lane highway the car should track perfectly straight. If it pulls to the left, perhaps it has been aligned to compensate for the crown in the road as was mentioned, which IMO is incorrect for this type of car, but that's just me.
I'd take it to an alignment shop that knows what the **** they're doing, personally. You gave these guys 3 chances to fix it, try something else. I wouldn't expect alignment to be covered under warranty, unless maybe they found a bad bushing/part, but the alignment itself is a maintenance cost you pay as the owner. In any case you've given them enough chances to fix it for free, if they could... Go pay ~$100 to have it done right and start enjoying your car instead of worrying about the alignment! Good luck! |
