You seemed to have checked everything on the suspension that would be the problem. Only two things I can thing of: 1) Dirt/stones embedded in pad(s) 2) Dust shield coming

You seemed to have checked everything on the suspension that would be the problem.
Only two things I can thing of: 1) Dirt/stones embedded in pad(s) 2) Dust shield coming in contact with rotor OK, three thing: 3) Manufacturing defect in pad(s) or rotor. Eg, soft spots in rotor.
