Wheel Hop

think I'm one of the few here that has tried both the SPL and Whiteline. SPL bushings performance wise were great but too much damn noise. Whiteline bushings, no wheel

welcome to the world of 5HIT viscous diffs, get used to it. look up how they work, and you will notice why i capitalized 5HIT. If theirs one thing you want to "upgrade" to normal car status about a 370 its that above all other modifications. a clutch type 1.5 or 2 way, locking diff would make this car a completely different animal. thank nissan for wanting to save money and fitting a proper sports car with 1 step above open diff.

My car would still wheel hop with my OS Giken LSD before the new bushings, but yes I do agree the stock diff is nothing to write home about

wow the bushings made that much of a difference? you think it would be as dramatic on the nismo? the suspensions already stupid stiff as it is. so my guess is when i toss that nismo GT pro carbon under it, bye bye useless wheel hopping econocar launch, hello proper sports car. "take note nissan"

could be wrong but i always thought the wheel hop on this car came from how it was transferring its power to the ground.

The stock bushings just have a lot of slop in them. Maybe NA adding a true LSD will help however I know with FI the bushings are what did it for me. I have not had the car hop on me one time.
