Replace all stock bushings, upgrade camber and traction arms, stiffer springs or coilovers and upgrade diff and diff bushings as well. Better tires do help, but the reason for wheel hop is losing and regaining traction constantly over and over again because of your toe changing back and forth during acceleration. Eliminate or minimize this with suspension mods.

For the rear the camber arms + midlinks will apparently take care of it, but for the front, are the control arms enough or should the bushings in front and rear be replaced as well?
