rear brakes dragging?

dragging brakes can be caused by a couple things, the rubber hose going to the calipers could be kinked which holds pressure and causes brake drag. are both rear brakes

dragging brakes can be caused by a couple things, the rubber hose going to the calipers could be kinked which holds pressure and causes brake drag. are both rear brakes dragging or just one side?
