Wait i dont understand this, i previews post you said that will be shipped in usa around lasts week of these month and now you say that for November and ready for shipping for example to Miami in January!!!

Shipping to Arizona USA is included in that price, all you will pay is shipping to your place from Arizona.

You pay half now and half when shipping moves, internal shipping charges you will pay once conceptZ will ship it to you and you pay directly to them.

I checked with concept they said charges are different for different states but roughly 150-200$ but will be confirmed only once the shipment is there, people can also arrange a pickup.
