It is a little heavier than the stock shield, about 4 lbs total in weight if memory serves me correctly.

This is much stronger than the oem plastic shield giving better protection to your lower engine area. Vents below the oil pan help cool this area better and also has a integrated oil change access door so you only have to remove 2 bolts to change your oil and filter.

This is my next mod for sure since I plan to do most of my own oil changes.
Will call once I've the $ set a side... Can't wait.
