Yes, the link I posted fits the Z. As for the quality, the pic above was taken of my cheap Chinese camera in action. Here are a couple more.
 The "haze" is the glare from the sun on my receiver screen in this one:  I installed it January 2013, and it is still working just fine. As for the Pioneer, most I have seen are a tiny black box, not built into the light housing, and cost 5-6 times more. I am just trying to not back over curbs and children, not make HD videos. It works just fine for that purpose.
