Unless you're talking about Apple's new CarPlay. That will do what you're talking about, but although the app is out and Nissan is a partner in that, no Nissan's have the hardware enabled yet. I read that 2012 and newer Nissans could be retro'd but Nissan hasnt announced anything yet. They just say "available in 2014".
I'm very confident that you won't be able to watch movies or videos while driving. That will certainly require some kind of aftermarket bypass kit. CarPlay Shown Off in New Promo Video from Volvo, Wi-Fi Connections Coming Soon - Mac Rumors
