Stock headunit bluetooth common?

I did very little research but to my understanding, you can get the stock HU with Bluetooth in the upgraded package. Is this upgrade common? I would like to find

I did very little research but to my understanding, you can get the stock HU with Bluetooth in the upgraded package. Is this upgrade common? I would like to find me a cheap stock HU with Bluetooth to replace my stock w/o Bluetooth if I can find one for a steal. Why you may ask? I want the stock look along with the capability to control the radio with my steering wheel.
