Stock headunit bluetooth common?

Yeah, my last Pioneer was okay. It wasn't a 2DIN and the only thing that went wrong was a tooth broke off of the gear that pushed out the screen

It wasn't a 2DIN and the only thing that went wrong was a tooth broke off of the gear that pushed out the screen (still worked). I'm just wanting something that doesn't look stylish (my last Pioneer didn't really fit that bill). I'd like to be able to see the song title and artist, skip, pause, thumbs up and down songs on Pandora via the touch screen too. I have a while, so I'll go research again.
