The reviews don't seem bad at all. There are just a few is all.

One guy doesn't like it, because it doesn't connect to his old equipment - I don't have that problem. No old equipment to connect.

Another saying it's clunky and BT doesn't work, whilst two say it's working fine.

im not sure, but to me seems like alpine's been kinda slipping lately. they havent had much innovation as they did 10+yrs ago.
