A display could be moulded/integrated with the cubby door. The plastic around the display isn't an issue if you're custom fabricating something, it might even be beneficial. Do you think the wired mess can be tamed? idk where these inputs come in. I know you've done fab work with your interior, what would be your guesstimate? I'm thinking a 7" and keeping the aesthetics with the fake leather and stitching.
